Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, this position provides leadership to a team of Recruiters responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending the best qualified external and/or internal candidates to meet the current and future staffing requirements for one or more large business units or divisions of the Bank. This role will also manage full-cycle recruitment, typically for higher level professional and management positions within the divisions assigned to the team as a whole. Design and implement specific talent acquisition processes appropriate for the Business and Technical Services, Business and Investment Services and Core Banking divisions of the organization.
~Implement the bank's recruitment strategy so that open positions are quickly filled and candidates selected best match the talent needs of the position and the business.
~Administer and ensure effective implementation and consistent application of all bank talent acquisition policies and programs, diversity goals and compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements.
~Build and continually develop a database of qualified candidates for exempt level positions in all geographical areas.
~Work independently and consult with Manager Talent Acquisition on difficult issues or strategies that require additional support and guidance.
~Participate and may lead talent acquisition projects that have bank wide exposure that impact hiring needs and requirements. Rely on external sources and may develop an outreach strategy for difficult to fill positions.
~Consult with own manager, hiring manager and HR Business and Compensation Partners to determine appropriate offers for qualified new hires, adhering to company-wide human resource policies and practices.
~Work independently on complex problems/issues and concentrate on developing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of staffing needs.
~Develop external sourcing alternatives. Recommend and implement changes to talent acquisition strategies and operations.
~Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure effective results and performance.
~Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded.

*Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition required with at least 5 of years in management.
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
*Minimum 5 years of experience working in a corporation or banking institution required.
Abilities, Job Skills and Knowledge
~Advanced proficiency in social media applications and recruitment management systems
~Experience in utilizing social media tools to include but not limited to (LinkedIn, FB, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) to identify potential candidates for target positions in addition to developing pipeline candidates.
~Excellent knowledge of Bank's Human Resource policies, procedures and programs.
~Good working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines and internal audit regulations.
~Working knowledge of operations, policies and procedures, positions and their responsibilities, and organizational structure.
~Strong experience in both interviewing and recruitment.
~Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
~Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~Proven organizational skills.
~Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
~Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
~Experience in recruiting for multiple openings in multiple disciplines simultaneously.
~Maintains liaison and partners through communication with management to ensure present and future staffing needs are effectively met.
