Team Leader Trust

Administer estate and personal trust accounts including testamentary and intervivos trusts, Charitable Trusts, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Life Insurance Trusts, Private Family Foundations, Special Needs Trusts, and other Agency accounts. Administer most complex, largest estate and personal trust accounts such as testamentary/intervivos trusts, Conservatorships, Guardianships and Agencies. Supervise and evaluate performance of one administrative assistant.
  • *Bachelor's degree or minimum 10 years of trust administration experience required.
  • *Minimum 9 years of experience in a financial services organization required.
  • *Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office and trust accounting systems required.
  • Familiarity with state tax laws, income taxation with respect to trust investment management principles, California and/or Nevada probate code.
  • PC literate and familiarity with trust accounting systems.
  • Completion of Trust Certificate and/or CTFA preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
  • Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working with deadlines.
  • Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products we provide, the services we deliver, the processes we employ, and the incentives with which we reward our colleagues.
  • Ensure that all City National products, financial solutions and services are provided ethically and with integrity in a manner that is consistent with the client-first culture and values embodied in City National's PRIDE statement
