Revenue & Business Strategy Manager

This colleague will be responsible for developing short and long-term plans (product design, price, cost, promotions, risk) consistent with the regions and niche market business segment goals, conducting and preparing the division's financial analysis and reports and managing the account analysis system as it relates to pricing plan monitoring, new product pricing integration, product development, data output and reporting. Other responsibilities include managing revenue generating initiatives by leading a task force of Cash Management Product Managers and Sales Managers, conducting monthly reviews of market trends and competitor rates and recommending earnings credit rating (ECR) to the Executives and Pricing Committee, reviewing and approving all ECR and Cash Management product pricing exceptions, and managing monitoring and addressing all aspects of risk related to the assigned product(s). Performs other duties as requested.

  • *Minimum combined 10 years of experience working with product pricing, financial analysis, and product management in a financial services environment required.
  • *Minimum 5 years of Cash Management/Treasury Services experience required.
  • *Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience required. (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Degree highly preferred.
  • In-depth banking knowledge.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the practices and regulations that govern the banking industry and the implications of federal, state and local regulations affecting cash management activities.
  • Demonstrated management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills sufficient to interact with all levels of Bank personnel and clients.
  • Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products we provide, the services we deliver, the processes we employ, and the incentives with which we reward our colleagues.
