This position leads the development and production of reports and documentation for FRY14-M, FRY14Q, and regulatory reporting.This position develops business requirements documents and translate those requirements into project deliverables and measures of success, using both waterfall and agile methodology. Detect and manage project Issues and risks, create avoidance plans and take corrective measures as necessary while providing timely updates to management. When required, perform role of the Bank subject matter expert in both Bank businesses and Bank Regulations. Prepare project-related materials for varying audiences; communicate effectively using the right format and level of detail given the audience.

  • Analyze and develop the requirement to implement for ongoing instruction updates from the FRB.
  • Document the assumption and self-identified issues identified in the logic enhancement.
  • Document and update the risk & control inventory on a timely manner.
  • Ensure the reconciliation between Finance and 14M and 14Q is accurate and any difference is explained.
  • Develop requirement for strategic data overlay framework project.
  • Develop requirement for IDQ rules to be implemented by the Data Office, to ensure accurate data flows into the submission files.
  • Provide sign off on successful execution of the requirement.
  • Ensure the submission files are accurate and all the changes are logged in the manual logs, before the CCO/CFO attestation.
  • Help in preparing the deck for the review and challenge meeting with the business.
  • Manage end-to-end 14M/Q submission to the IHC-CCAR.
  • Documenting the Y9C reconciliation issues in excel.
  • Create technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
  • Ensure the submission files are accurate and all the changes are logged in the manual logs, before the CCO/CFO attestation.
  • Create business requirement document(s) and develop test cases.
  • Prepare quarterly mapping document from the source to the CCAR data submission file in Excel.
  • Conduct UAT sessions with T&I to go over the mismatches and identify the gap in the data.
  • Provide sign off on successful execution of requirement.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Statistics or related fields

Skills and Knowledge

  • Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics or a related field like Information Systems or Business Analytics accompanied with eight (8) years of experience in the position or a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics or a related field such as Information Systems or Business Analytics accompanied with ten (10) years of experience in the position or a related role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to deliver key messages to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing through ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • You have a "can do" attitude and embrace being pushed out of your comfort zone. Our team works on quick timelines and delivers high quality work.
  • Prefer to have experience working on the FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q and have in-depth understanding of CCAR reporting.
  • Experience working and effectively collaborating with finance, risk, operations and technology teams.
  • Background and experience with credit risk and/or operational risk.
  • Must be operationally savvy as well as an action-oriented individual who continually strives for improvement.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Broad understanding of Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management
  • Familiarity with operational and support environment issues.
  • A proven track record in successful project management as well as developing and executing capital management strategies across multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory expectations on Enhanced Prudential Standards and Supervisory Expectations and a Range of Current Practices on capital planning and adequacy and the ability to apply those standards using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • In-depth understanding of US GAAP and capital frameworks (US risk-based capital, rating agency capital frameworks).
  • A working knowledge of and familiarity with regulatory capital instruments, issuance alternatives and deal execution.
  • Must possess the knowledge and desire to offer and defend opinions on the broader economy and macroeconomic and interest rate trends.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other scripting language.
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
Starting base salary: $119,012 - $154,574 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
