Job Details:
Responsible for all portfolio data and monitoring as it pertains to new and existing loans. Provide portfolio administration and management support to a team of Relationship Managers as well as Data Custodian.  Perform administrative activities and participates in assigned projects that relate to the Team. Serve as a liaison for the various bank units (Commercial Banking, Entertainment, Personal & Business Banking and Private Banking) to ensure all loans are documented according to the loan approval and coded correctly.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Three to five years of real estate administrative or loan servicing experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with emphasis on producing complex/detailed business data reports with built in macros.
  • Ability to convert Excel data into charts and tables via macros currently built into the Excel programs used daily by the individual in the portfolio officer position.
  • Ability to prioritize time and workload to ensure all aspects of the job are being dealth with on a daily basis.
  • Performs assigned duties under general supervision, working independently with limited guidance
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of general banking operations and real estate loan transactions.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of operating statements for real estate assets and financial statements for borrowers and guarantors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
  • *Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate loan servicing or support
  • *Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial bank or other financial institution
  • *Minimum 3 years of basic computer experience required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel , Outlook, and Powerpoint)
