This colleague will be responsible for setting up business clients on various Treasury Management systems and providing a variety of daily support functions (e.g., implementing and maintaining client profiles on various treasury management products, setting up account-to-account relationships, quality check, etc.) and maintenance on their accounts. Responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to, setting up new accounts, researching and resolving customer issues, identifying and troubleshooting systems-related problems and ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements. Performs other duties as requested. Typical duties include independently processing client setups requiring knowledge of complex procedures and/or regulatory requirements, placing and responding to internal calls to interpret and explain policies and procedures, utilizing multiple Bank systems to complete duties requiring in-depth knowledge of system functionality, exercising judgment and making decisions having impact on customer accounts or CNB operations and sending correspondence to customers. This is generally a senior level position that requires knowledge of the more specialized treasury management products and services. Positions at this level communicate complicated information to customers. Activities require application of highly specialized knowledge based on knowledge of operations and systems for area of assignment.
- *Minimum 2 years of direct client service experience required.
- *Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience required.
- *Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience required (e.g.. MS Word and Excel).
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
