This bank area is responsible for the operational integrity of assigned function and adherence to Bank policies and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external CNB customers and providing exemplary customer service. Provides centralized operational support to banking offices, Commercial Banking units and many departments.
The Bank Balancing Support III will be responsible for balancing cash reports, reviewing and certifying general ledger accounts, and provide various support functions for branches and departments. May administer centrally managed accounts, balance interface accounts and process other banking office support tasks that require in-depth knowledge of related system functionality.
Process IRS W8 forms and review related reports.
Under general supervision, responsible for moderately complex balancing and reviewing of bank control accounts. Completes quarterly certifications and on-call reporting required by Controller's department. Provides assistance as needed in every area of the department. Processes vendor invoices for payment. Processes valid IRS W8 forms, reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports Occasionally reports to BB&S supervisor.
- *Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- *Minimum of 3 years banking or related experience (e.g. bookkeeping, cash handling, customer service) required
- *Proficient in MS Excel Word; strong math aptitude helpful
- *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of bank operations
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in an accurate and effective manner in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
