Account Officer II - Real Estate

Responsible for the day-to-day interaction with customers of the Real Estate Division. They are the primary contact person and resolve operations issues that may from time to time arise. This person actively engages in meaningful conversations with customers to ensure that solutions are suggested/provided that meet the ongoing operational needs. As the operational expert for the customer they will be positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Relationship Manager or Team Leader with minimal supervision. This person will also be instrumental as a liaison with other internal departments to provide the operational excellence to customers and may assist in developing business in the most sophisticated and complex marketplaces.

  • *Minimum 3 years of banking operations experience required.
  • *Minimum 3 years of direct client services experience required.
  • *Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Thorough knowledge of all bank products and services.
  • Ability to handle the largest, most complex and sensitive account relationships.
  • Strong operational knowledge.
  • Good leadership skills with emphasis on planning, organizing and scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
  • Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working with deadlines.
